Frary Lumber was founded in Prophetstown, Illinois in 1896 by J.E. Frary. Rock River Lumber and Grain purchased Frary Lumber in 1968. 

We currently have stores in Sterling and Prophetstown, Illinois.  The Sterling store is 28,000 square feet which is half merchandise and half showroom.  Our Prophetstown store is 4,000 square feet in size and also carries a full compliment of building materials to fit your needs.  We offer Free Delivery with a complete fleet of delivery trucks.
